- You administrate daily legal/corporate proceedings throughout the entire fund life cycle of your client portfolio.
- You collaborate on advising an extensive list of clients on all types of funds including SIFs and RAIFs, SICARs and any other regulated or unregulated alternative investment fund types.
- You ensure the approval of annual accounts, publications on the RCS/RBE, opening of bank accounts as well as KYC tasks (collecting the necessary documents).
- You operate as the main contact person for clients and for relevant third parties (banks, Luxembourg administrations, notary, etcetera).
- You prepare and organize board & shareholder meetings, draft the related documents (minutes, proxies, convening notices, etcetera) and may be asked to assist. Profile and Career Path | Legal – Corporate – PFS - Funds – Luxembourg
- You have acquired at least 1 year of experience in the (corporate) fund administration sector (both regulated and unregulated entities) in Luxembourg.
- You have more particularly acquired experience in a PFS, Big Four or fiduciary in Luxembourg : Experience in one of these is a must for this role.
- You are proficient in English, taking into account the international client portfolio and the international business environment you will navigate daily.
