- Rechercher et valider de nouvelles matières premières et emballages pour les mélanges.
- Valider le poids des nouveaux articles.
- Gérer les informations des matières premières, produits semi-finis et finis dans l'ERP.
- Effectuer des modifications sur les produits finis et semi-finis en lien avec la R&D.
- Préparer de nouveaux mélanges et documenter pour les appels d'offres.
- Présenter la R&D et répondre aux questions internes, auditeurs et clients.
- Définir des plans d'analyse, établir des profils de spécifications et analyser les risques pour les nouvelles matières premières, emballages et produits finis.
- Développer des procédures pour la R&D.
- Optimiser la gestion des matières premières et mettre en place des méthodes de test pour les analyses sensorielles.
- Améliorer la traçabilité des échantillons de R&D.
- Dispenser des formations en R&D, y compris des sessions de test.
- Assurer un support en tant que remplaçant pour les collègues Quality Officers.

- Titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Bachelier ou Master à orientation scientifique.
- Première expérience en qualité et/ou R&D en industrie alimentaire.
- Excellentes capacités sensorielles.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais professionnel.
- Bon relationnel pour échanger facilement avec différentes parties.
- Organisé, autonome, rigoureux, flexible et capable de prendre des initiatives.
- A l'aise avec les outils informatiques (MS Office, ERP).
