    Binnen Customer Loan Services (Cls) ontwikkelt het E2E Loan Process team creatieve oplossingen om de toekenning en het beheer van onze leningen zo gemakkelijk mogelijk te maken voor de klant, altijd rekening houdend met de wettelijke en regelgevende vereisten. Om zijn team te versterken, zoeken wij een Feature Designer - Project Manager Loans met een echte passie voor hands-on solutions.

    De job in een notendop

    Je neemt actief deel aan de transversale strategische projecten van Belfius en werkt mee om bestaande processen en systemen te vereenvoudigen voor de gebruikers.

    Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

    identificeren van nieuwe ideeën en projecten om onze producten en diensten, het gebruik van de distributiekanalen, en de businessprocessen te vereenvoudigen, te rationaliseren en te optimaliseren; hiervoor kijk jij kritisch naar de businessprocessen en de gebruikte technologien

    leiden, coördineren en realiseren, van a tot z, van projecten die je zijn toegewezen, in samenwerking met de teams van je afdeling en met de interne en externe stakeholders

    beogen van verbetering en efficiëntie in de End to End processen die je worden toegewezen door een situatie of probleem vanop een afstand te bekijken en de pro's en contra's correct in kaart te brengen alvorens te (laten) beslissen

    verzorgen van je stakeholder management: je identificeert en stemt af met verschillende betrokken partijen, je organiseert, plant en animeert de workshops

    Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

    Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als:

    je een zelfstandige teamplayer bent en bezit over een intrinsieke nieuwsgierigheid

    vragen stellen in je natuur zit: je wilt begrijpen waarom processen/toolings op een bepaalde manier werken , checkt assumpties af en stelt de nodige elementen in vraag, ook met de nodige aandacht voor de risico's

    je in staat bent om een complex probleem simpel voor te stellen en te visualiseren

    je een goede kennis hebt van Visual Basic

    kennis van PowerPoint (en bij uitbreiding alle andere Office-toepassingen) is een must.

    je ervaring hebt in project- en stakeholderbeheer

    Je scoort extra met:

    drietaligheid (Nederlands/Frans/Engels)

    kennis van BPMN/Lean
