    Préparateur chantier (h/f/x) – Secteur Wallonie

    Otis développe son activité et recherche un Préparateur chantier (H/F/X) pour intégrer une de nos entités.

    Vous souhaitez rejoindre une entreprise à dimension internationale, axée sur le talent, qui valorise la sécurité, l'éthique, la qualité, l'innovation et les possibilités d'évolution pour ses employés ?

    Votre priorité est d'assurer le suivi et la préparation du chantier en garantissant des normes de qualité et de sécurité élevées.

    Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez

  • Préparation des chantiers en amont de l'intervention du technicien
  • S'assurer de la mise en œuvre des moyens nécessaires pour assurer la sécurité sur le chantier
  • Suivre l'avancement du chantier pour planifier l'intervention des techniciens et le besoin en matériel
  • S'assurer de la disponibilité et conformité des outillages collectif, individuel et des EPI nécessaires pour le montage des appareils.
  • Respecter et faire respecter le planning (préparation, installation, mise en conformité, levée des réserves)
  • Gestion des stocks

    • Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de conduire
  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans le secteur des ascenseurs ou en électromécanique
  • Vous avez de bonnes compétences en électricité et en électrotechnique
  • Professionnel(le) engagé(e), la sécurité est votre priorité
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans l'échange et la communication
  • Vous êtes curieux(se), adaptable et vous savez travailler seul(e) ou en équipe.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils électroniques et numériques.
