Operating contractual service processes and practices in line with the Landis+Gyr service catalogue and related instructed tasks proactively.
Managing daily (or other periodic) activities such as:
o Handling service requests from the assigned account.
o Monitoring and reporting SLA performance (internal/external reporting).
o Monitoring systems related to service delivery.
o Troubleshooting SLA performance-related activities.
o Identifying major incidents and informing the Service Manager accordingly.
o Actively tracking open cases and incidents within the service operation.
o Proactively maintaining the system (meter readings, scheduling, SLA groups, etc.).
In the event of service, process, and contractual practice adaptations, conducting documentation, training, and commissioning activities required to maintain consistency.
Initiating tasks related to site cleanup performed by the client, field engineer, or a third-party company.
You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.- You are fluent in English. You also speak French and/or Dutch.
- You have initial experience in an IT environment.
- You have demonstrated your ability to work in cross-functional teams in a distributed environment.
- You have strong IT skills (network and connectivity).
- You are customer-oriented, a good communicator, and adept at problem-solving.
- You are detail-oriented and possess analytical skills.
