Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic change manager that will:

  • Elaborate and maintain a global project plan
  • Support and participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure all change solutions are approved
  • Be capable of managing all or part of the implementation of change plan activities from start to finish
  • Coordinate the creation and elaboration of a training content
  • Monitor implementation of a deployment plan
  • Assess the impact on the employees and manage the change effectively
  • Build and maintain the budget for each change in accordance with a validated plan
  • Measure success of the implemented deployment plan and optimize where possible
  • Manage risks, create plans to implement and review financial policies and procedures to ensure that the company is in regulatory compliance
  • Report status to the initiative Owner, the adoption of the change and the achievement of project objectives
  • Managing a solution team, lead support in proposal processes and project management

    • Required profile.

    How do we imagine our future Change Manager?

  • You have between 1 to 5 years of experience as a Change manager
  • You have a proven experience in the financial sector of minimum 5 years and a comprehensive understanding of project management principles
  • You have a good knowledge of Agile methodologies, change management principles, methodologies and tools. Certifications are an asset.
  • You have strong communication, listening & relational skills
  • You are highly flexible, adaptable & have a strong team spirit
  • You are fluent in English and French or Dutch (Bonus: and a good knowledge of the other)
  • In a permanent learning environment, you will participate in the development of Taleo
