    A dynamic company in the machinery industry based in Sint-Niklaas is looking for a Building & Utilities Manager. As Building & Utilities Manager you will directly report to the Technical Manager.

    In this position as Building & Utilities Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

    • Leading and coordinating a maintenance team of 12 people
    • Managing the budget and expenses for investment projects both on the equipment onsite and the facilities
    • Following up on all the maintenance interventions and plans, suggesting improvement projects
    • Running projects on facilities and utilities, and developing strategies in reliability
    • Ensuring the safety norms are well respected by the teams onsite.

    About you:

    • You have a master's degree in Industrial Engineering
    • You have at least 5 years of experience
    • You have a previous experience in people management
    • You speak fluent Dutch and English.
