- Lead, support and execute small and medium Operational Excellence projects.
- Plan and conduct workshops.
- Assist in the deployment and/or the implementation of the operational excellence tools (RCA, 5S, Kaizen, VSM, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and a keen interest in manufacturing flows.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the operational excellence team, you will have the chance to apply lean manufacturing tools (5S, 5 why, Kaizen, etc.) to diverse subjects ranging from technical aspects to organizational processes. You will collaborate with a team encompassing the three production sites in Belgium, gaining exposure to various facets of Lime Manufacturing, including Mining, Processes, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement.
Your main responsibilities:
Education: Master's degree in industrial, Process, Chemical, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or relevant fields
Languages: Fluency in French is essential – Good level of English is required.
Skills/Attitudes:
Flexibility to travel to the operational sites (own transportation required (by car)).
Duration: 1-2 years. Preferably starting as soon as possible.
