Over de functie

Als Project Engineer Equipment Automation ben jij de engineer die in staat voor het opleveren van projecten en support binnen de productie installatie op vlak van automatisatie. Vanuit jouw kennis ga je nieuwe projecten managen, opstellen en opleveren. Jij bouwt je leverancierspoule uit voor nieuwe bestellingen, het testen en opleveren van nieuwe process automation systemen. Je zorgt voor een sterke supportactiviteit op vlak van deze automatisatie (HMI, PLC en DRIVES) en integratie. Specificaties en standaarden bouw jij zorgvuldig op. Je bent een people person en werkt nauwkeurig samen met interne klanten en HMI leveranciers. Vanuit deze nauwkeurigheid superviseer en beoordeel je testen die door HMI leveranciers volbracht zijn. Het reviewen van P&ID, Engineering en functionele specificaties van productie installaties kan jij als geen ander alsook het uitvoeren van codereviews op PLC programma's. Technische testscripts (o.a. failsafe) op productie-installatie stel jij op en voer je uit. Doorgedreven troubleshooting is geen nieuwe materie voor jou en deze pas je toe tijdens de opstart van productie installatie. Aan dezelfde installatie coördineer en voer je software aanpassingen uit en specifieer je elektrische uitvoeringen en afname. Specifieke assistentie (wachtdienst) buiten werkuren en weekend tijdens bepaalde opstartperiodes van een project belangrijk en ga jij niet uit de weg.

Functie eisen

Als Project Engineer Equipment Automation kan jij onderstaande zaken afvinken:

Industrieel ingenieur automatisatie/elektromechanica
Minimum vijf jaar werkervaring in een industriële omgeving
Je bent een people person: kartrekker, goalgetter, teamplayer, communicatief sterk, nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk (validatiedocumentatie)
Projectmanagement vaardigheden heb jij onder de knie
Technische kennis (PLC Siemens, HMI (SCADA, siemens, winCC en TIA Portal)
Op vlak van machine installatie ben je gekend met de norm EN60204
Kennis van industriële computer hardware, software en netwerken (profibus, profinet, OPC...)

Plus:

Ervaring in farmaceutische omgeving (Validatie, GAMP).
Ervaring met servo drives (Simotion, ELAU)
