    Voor een snelgroeiend bedrijf in de regio Aalst, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Talent Acquisition Assistent die gepassioneerd is over het aantrekken van toptalent. Als Talent Acquisition Assistent krijg je de kans om samen te werken met ervaren professionals in het wervingsveld en je vaardigheden te ontwikkelen in een dynamische en ondersteunende werkomgeving. Functieomschrijving Als Talent Acquisition Assistent werk je nauw samen met het Talent Acquisition Team om het wervingsproces soepel te laten verlopen. Je ondersteunt bij het identificeren en aantrekken van gekwalificeerde kandidaten, beheert administratieve taken en draagt bij aan een positieve sollicitatie-ervaring voor alle betrokkenen. Deze rol biedt een uitstekende kans om inzicht te krijgen in het volledige wervingsproces en biedt groeimogelijkheden binnen het HR-vakgebied.
    • Assisteren bij het opstellen en publiceren van vacatures op verschillende wervingskanalen.
    • Ondersteunen bij het screenen van cv's en het beheren van het sollicitatieproces.
    • Coördineren van sollicitatiegesprekken en het communiceren met kandidaten over de voortgang.
    • Beheren van de recruitmentadministratie en ervoor zorgen dat gegevens nauwkeurig worden bijgehouden.
    • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van het employer brand op sociale media en andere platforms.
    • Assisteren bij het uitvoeren van diverse wervingsinitiatieven en -projecten.
    Profiel
    • Afgeronde opleiding op het gebied van Human Resources, Bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
    • Interesse in talent acquisition, LinkedIn Recruiter en de wervingsindustrie.
    • Sterke organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden.
    • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
    • Teamgerichte houding en bereidheid om te leren en te groeien.
    • Bekendheid met wervingsplatforms en sociale media is een pluspunt.
