    1. IT Strategy and Planning:
      • Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
      • Assess current and future technology needs and recommend upgrades or new technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
      • Manage the IT budget and optimize expenditure.

    2. IT Infrastructure Management:
      • Oversee the management, maintenance, and security of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
      • Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems and services.
      • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless IT operations.

    3. Software and Applications:
      • Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including ERP, CRM, and other software applications.
      • Ensure that software licenses are up to date and compliant with industry standards.

    4. Data Security and Compliance:
      • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the company's data.
      • Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and implement measures to protect against them.
      • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

    5. Team Leadership and Development:
      • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
      • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and system administration.
    • Experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
    • Proven experience in managing IT projects and teams.

    Interesting assignment with a mix of management and operational tasks.
