    Je bent eindverantwoordelijk en het aanspreekpunt voor het Security Management team binnen het Digital Security Office. Samen met de andere team managers realiseer je de doelen van het Digital Security Office. Door jou wordt Belfius nóg veiliger voor klanten en collega's.

    De job in een notendop

    Je beheert IT risico's. Je monitort security compliance KPI's zodat Belfius & kritische leveranciers op het rechte PAD blijven. Je werkt mee aan de cyber resilience van Belfius en zijn entiteiten. Je staat in voor de security awareness initiatieven binnen het Digital Security Office en je volgt de projecten inclusief budgetten binnen de security roadmap op.

    Je belangrijkste taak is dat bovenstaande verantwoordelijkheden goed uitgevoerd worden binnen je team en je stuurt bij waar nodig. Je bent back-up van de Chief Security Officer indien nodig.

    Een typische werkdag ziet er als volgt uit. Je stuurt het team aan en zorgt ervoor dat prioritaire taken bovenaan de stapel komen. Naar de andere (IT) teams ben je het uithangbord in de desbetreffende meetings. Je hebt een aandeel in verschillende comités waar je de day-to-day en tactische initiatieven bespreekt en, wanneer van toepassing, voorzit.

    Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn

    Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

    Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

    een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in Informatica, Engineering, Sciences of Business Engineering

    vlotte communicatie naar technische en niet-technische profielen

    interesse om analyses en presentaties te maken en te geven

    ervaring in functionele of hiërarchische aansturing van projectmedewerkers

    een passie voor technologie

    kennis van beide landstalen en Engels

    Je scoort extra met:

    een achtergrond in cyber security. Sinds deze functie een diverse/brede kennis nodig heeft binnen cyber security is er geen harde vereiste in een bepaald domein. Maar ervaring binnen Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) heeft een hoge meerwaarde.
