- Gérer la comptabilité complète des fonds PE/RE, y compris la préparation des états financiers, des rapports de performance et des déclarations fiscales.
- Superviser les processus de clôture mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle, en veillant à ce que les délais soient respectés et que les normes comptables soient appliquées de manière adéquate.
- Assurer la liaison avec les auditeurs externes et internes pour garantir la conformité et la précision des données financières.
- Superviser et encadrer une équipe de comptables juniors, en les guidant dans l'exécution de leurs tâches quotidiennes et en favorisant leur développement professionnel.
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus comptables et à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles initiatives visant à accroître l'efficacité opérationnelle.
- Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité, finance ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience préalable significative (minimum 3-5 ans) dans la comptabilité des fonds PE/RE, idéalement au sein d'une société de gestion d'actifs ou d'un cabinet d'expertise comptable.
- Maîtrise des normes comptables internationales (IFRS) et des réglementations luxembourgeoises en matière de fonds d'investissement.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
- Fortes compétences en communication et capacité à interagir efficacement avec les clients, les auditeurs et les membres de l'équipe.
- Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à respecter les délais.
