- Vervullen van een externe, uitdagende en commerciële functie
- Als expert onroerende leasing ga je op de baan, en verduidelijk je aan potentiële klanten de voordelen en financieringsmethode van onroerende lease.
- Uitbouwen en onderhouden van de klantenportefeuille, rekening houdend met de commerciële strategie van het filiaal om op deze manier de vooropgestelde doelstellingen te realiseren.
- Samenwerken met en ondersteunen van de commerciële medewerkers van Belfius Bank.
- Opmaken van offertes en contracten, opvolging dossiers.
- Voorbereiden van commerciële nota's aan het kredietcomité ( financiële analyse )
- Zich continu op de hoogte houden van evoluties, ontwikkelingen, wijzigingen in de wetgeving ( juridisch en fiscaal )
- Opleiding : master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Boekhoudkundige, fiscale of juridische kennis
- Gesprekken met bedrijfsleiders schrikken je niet af
- Doorzettend en stressbestendig
- Teamspeler
- Moedertaal : Nederlands met goede kennis van het Frans
- Bereid zijn om hetzij door zelfstudie, hetzij door externe vorming op de hoogte te blijven van wetgeving en normen
- Zelfstandig kunnen functioneren binnen een klein team
