- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar werkervaring in dezelfde functie bij een Leasing-, Verzekerings- of Makelaarskantoor in B2C of B2B.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en/of Nederlands en beheerst het Engels.
- Uw analytisch vermogen en logisch redeneren zijn uw belangrijkste troeven.
- U bent autonoom, u kunt gemakkelijk werken met strikte deadlines en prioriteiten stellen.

DescriptionAls Insurance Claims Operator maak je deel uit van onze dynamische verzekeringsafdeling, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met onze partners en klanten. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan taken:
Analyseren en verwerken van schadeclaims, gemiddeld 15 per dag, in samenwerking met collega's.
- Volledige dossierbeheer, waarbij je elk dossier van A tot Z beheert en alle benodigde wijzigingen en aanpassingen doorvoert.
- Als ervaren Claims Handler beoordeel je de aansprakelijkheid en draag je het dossier over aan de betreffende verzekeraar.
- Grondige controle van elke administratieve stap om nauwkeurigheid te waarborgen.
- Coördineren van telefonische en e-mailcommunicatie met klanten, waarbij je hen op de hoogte houdt van elke stap in het proces.
- Actief contact onderhouden met interne en externe experts, makelaars, verzekeraars, wagenparkbeheerders en andere relevante leveranciers.
