- Je zult schadeaangiftes analyseren en behandelen samen met je collega's (gemiddeld 15 aangiftes per dag).
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor elk dossier van begin tot eind en zorgt voor de nodige wijzigingen/aanpassingen in elke zaak.
- Als ervaren Claims Handler bepaal je de aansprakelijkheid en draag je de zaak over aan de verantwoordelijke verzekeraar.
- Je controleert of elke administratieve stap nauwkeurig is genomen.
- Je coördineert verschillende telefoongesprekken en e-mailcontacten met je klant en houdt hen op de hoogte van elke stap.
- Je hebt nauw contact met interne en externe experts, makelaars, verzekeraars, wagenparkbeheerders en andere leveranciers.
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma in Verzekeringen, Financiën, Rechten of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar professionele ervaring in dezelfde functie bij een leasebedrijf, verzekeraar of makelaar, zowel in B2C als B2B.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en/of Nederlands en hebt goede vaardigheden in het Engels.
- Je analytische vaardigheden en logisch redeneren zijn jouw belangrijkste troeven.
- Als zelfstandige werker kun je gemakkelijk omgaan met strikte deadlines en prioriteiten stellen.
