    • Organize the dispatch central. Develop and implement efficient working methods for organizing rounds, ensure continuous service availability.
    • Optimize the truck fleet and determine the optimum number of trucks required for transporting budgeted volumes. Optimize clean depots and maintain regular contact with relevant departments.
    • Monitor the performance of Retail carriers, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and HSEQ standards. Calculate transport rates, ensure payments, and negotiate contracts with carriers.
    • Conduct audits and controls to maintain service quality.
    • Develop specifications and operating procedures for road transport, organize training for drivers and dispatchers.
    • Organize specific supply flows, including additives and supply by truck to own depots.
    • Participate in transport-related tendering processes with the Purchasing department.
    • Monitor transport KPIs and HSEQ indicators.
    • Seek new approaches and tools for continuous optimization of truck logistics.
    • Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in logistics
    • Fluently written and oral skills in both Dutch and French
    • Knowledge of tools such as SAP, OIR, Excel, and experience with KPIs.
    • Strong analytic thinking and communication skills.
    • Ability to lead and train teams effectively.

    Interesting 6 months assignment in an international company.
