    Our client is an international public affairs agency located in Brussels. Description de la fonction Do you have experience in working as an Office Manager in an international environment? Are you fluent in French and English? We have the right job for you We are looking for an Office Manager (m/f/x) for one of our clients in Brussels. As Office Manager (m/f/x), you would be responsible for:
    • Perform administrative tasks for the office, e.g. relations with suppliers, organisation of office meetings and client visits;
    • Assist with onboarding of new staff;
    • Manage holiday plans and absences;
    • Contribute to website and social media channels;
    • Create content for clients' websites and social media channels;
    • Handle invoices;
    • Liaise with external accountants to process invoices;
    • Produce expenditure reports;
    • Prepare content for client meetings, seminars and other events;
    • Other tasks: Ad-hoc support to client-related activities.
    Profil The successful candidate will be an experienced professional who demonstrates the following experiences and competencies:
    • Relevant degree
    • At least 2-3 years of working experience in similar positions
    • Full proficiency (writing and speaking) in English and French (an additional language is an asset);
    • Very good IT skills (e.g. command of MS Office, incl. in particular Excel, Powerpoint) Desirable
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Hard-working and flexible
    • Eye to detail; result-orientation
    Offre De € 2.500 à € 3.500 par mois Our client offers:
    • A full-time position

    • Salary ranging from 2500€ to 3500€ based on experience
