We are looking for a Operations Project Lead (EMEA) to join our BRP team in Ghent, Belgium, or Rovaniemi, Finland. The 'Operations Project Lead' will be the go-to person and play a pivotal role in leading and supporting various ongoing and upcoming projects. These projects may involve new product initiatives with a particular focus on electric vehicles (EVs), as well as enhancements to operational systems, capacity, and overall footprint within the EMEA region.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
· Active participation in project meetings
· Gathering and structuring project requirements and coordinating with stakeholders and parties to address EMEA operational needs.
· Assessing the operational impact of projects and identifying potential challenges or opportunities.
· Guiding the project team or consultant to relevant individuals as necessary
· Briefing and updating the team, and closely monitoring project progress.
· Addressing operational requirements to improve efficiency.
· Challenging and supporting best practices across EMEA and assisting in aligning logistic processes.
· Collaborating with operational and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
· Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders and providing regular updates.
· Mitigating risks and issues that may impact the project outcome.
· Supporting the logistics team in selected short-term urgencies.
· Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement process improvement for future projects.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

· Ability to manage complex analysis, to create information, to interpret data and trends, and to make recommendations. Talented in presenting the outcome of investigations in a convincing presentation.
