    Comment pouvez-vous faire la différence ?

    Vous travaillez pour le service "Industrial Engineering" qui fait partie des services centraux de SNCB Technics et ses missions sont les suivantes :

  • Gestion de projets liés à l'amélioration des processus d'entretien du matériel roulant.
  • Industrialisation des méthodes d'entretien pour les nouveaux types de trains.
  • Rédaction et optimisation d'instructions de travail pour l'entretien préventif.

    • Quel est votre rôle à la SNCB ?

    En tant que '', vous êtes chargé de rédiger des instructions de travail conformes aux exigences d'entretien et à l'environnement de travail des ateliers techniques.

    En définitive, vous avez la possibilité de gérer des projets d'amélioration axés sur les processus.

  • En tant que change agent, vous coordonnez et rédigez des instructions de travail avec le soutien des personnes sur le terrain (à l'atelier).
  • Vous travaillez sur la base des volumes et fiches techniques.
  • Vous proposez des améliorations et éliminez points de blocage et les irrégularités.
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues selon une approche orientée terrain et ce, dans une perspective de résultats.

    Conditions d'accès : vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'Ingénieur civil ou Ingénieur industriel avec une première expérience (de préférence en « méthodologie ») dans un environnement industriel.

    Et vous disposez des compétences suivantes :

    Compétences techniques

  • Vous êtes capable de formuler des instructions claires.
  • Vous maîtrisez EXCEL et WORD.
  • La connaissance de l'architecture XML / DITA est un atout.
  • Vous avez une connaissance de concepts tels que la gestion de la qualité et la gestion de projet.
  • Vous connaissez les principes de base de l'amélioration continue.
  • Vous possédez une bonne connaissance de la deuxième langue nationale.Ou vous avez une connaissance élémentaire et vous êtes prêt à améliorer votre niveau.
  • Vous possédez une bonne connaissance des principes essentiels de la mécanique / de l'électromécanique.

    Le siège de travail est Bruxelles, mais vous vous rendez régulièrement dans les ateliers dans tout le pays (1 à 2 déplacements par semaine).
