    Description du poste

    Vous serez responsable de la préparation et de l'exécution des opérations liées à la gestion des échantillons biologiques humains (HBS) pour les études cliniques et les biobanques:

  • Réception des colis contenant les HBS amenés par les transporteurs.
  • Réception des HBS dans le système SAP.
  • Préparation spécifique d'HBS selon les requis du protocole de l'étude clinique. (extraction, pré-dilution, inactivation, ...)
  • Reconditionnement d'HBS à contenant endommagé.
  • Picking et mise à disposition des HBS pour les laboratoires internes et externe.s
  • Envois d'HBS selon les réglementations en vigueur. (ADR, IATA, ...)
  • Gestion des transferts de stock. (archivage, transfert intra/inter-site, envoi...)
  • Relevé de volume des HBS.
  • Destruction des HBS selon les dates de rétention en vigueur.
  • Utilisation de systèmes robotisés pour la gestion des HBS. (robot liquid handler, système d'étiquetage, station de picking, Chambres froides automatisées ...)
  • Utilisation d'application pour le tracking des activités dans une approche paperless. (CDW, SAP, mylabdata, ...)

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelier dans un domaine scientifique ou orientation administrative/logistique.
  • Première expérience en logistique ou en laboratoire.
  • Expérience dans un environnement réglementé (GCLP).
  • Expérience en tant qu'utilisateur SAP WM.
  • La maîtrise du français est essentielle. La maîtrise de l'anglais est un plus.
  • Travailler dans un environnement froid (chambre froide -20°C).

  • Poste à temps plein (40 heures/semaine) du lundi au vendredi.
  • Un contrat à durée indéterminée avec des horaires de travail flexibles.
  • Travailler dans une organisation internationale en pleine expansion.
  • Chèques-repas 8 euros/jour de travail.
  • Eco-chèques +/- 250 euros par an.
  • Assurance hospitalisation DKV.
  • 12 jours ADV supplémentaires.
