    Functie

    Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren en gemotiveerde Servicetechnieker-Planner die ons team in Mechelen komt versterken. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je de spilfiguur in het naadloos laten verlopen van het aftersales proces en bied je onmisbare ondersteuning aan zowel installateurs als klanten.

    Wat je gaat doen:

    • Aftersales Proces Management: Het begeleiden van het complete after sales traject, van serviceverzoeken tot planning en facturatie.
    • Technische Support: Installateurs en eindgebruikers assisteren met technisch advies rond storingen en servicerichtlijnen.
    • Serviceplanning: Efficiënte planning en coördinatie van servicemonteurs om snel en adequaat service te leveren.
    • Facturatie Beheer: Zorgdragen voor een correcte afhandeling van facturatie/creditnota's gerelateerd aan after-sales producten en diensten.

    Profiel

    Jouw Profiel:

    • Afgeronde middelbare beroeps-opleiding, met voorkeur in de richting werktuigbouwkunde, economie of commercie.
    • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol, binnen een technische service-omgeving.
    • Sterke beheersing van de Nederlandse, Franse, en Engelse taal.
    • Ervaring met ERP/CRM systemen, SAP is een PLUS.
    • Je kan vlot overweg met de computer.
    • Je bent klantgericht, werkt pro-actief en hebt een grote verantwoordelijkheidszin.
    • Je bent gedreven.
