    Fluxys is an international energy infrastructure group with 1, employees active in gas transmission & storage and liquefied natural gas terminalling.

    As a purpose-led company, we're committed to fast-track the shift to a carbon neutral world. We explore new technologies and invest in infrastructure to accommodate hydrogen, biomethane, CO2 and other molecules for a climate neutral future.

    For the Talent Management department at our office in Brussels (near to Central Station and subway, ) we're looking for a Learning and Development Officer (m/f/x).

    You will contribute to Fluxys' success by ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles. By providing learning and development opportunities and guiding our employees through their learning journey, you will play a crucial role in their development and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

    Your
    respon­sibilities

  • Assess individual and organisational L&D needs and create the appropriate L&D strategy in collaboration with the Talent Manager
  • Implement the defined learning strategy, delivering comprehensive and diverse training programmes and learning methods across the organisation (group and individual training, courses, e-learning, workshops, blended learning etc.)
  • Critically question learning objectives and measure the effectiveness of L&D investments and initiatives
  • Carry out a critical analysis of existing L&D programmes and constantly adapt the offer to the needs of the organisation
  • Advise and support people managers in monitoring and guiding the development of their team members
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth by supporting employees on their learning journey
  • Monitor the L&D budget in cooperation with the L&D team
  • Manage relations with training institutes and suppliers in collaboration with the L&D team
  • Keep abreast of current trends, methodologies, and tools in L&D and translate them into effective learning formats

  • Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of L&D
  • Experience in designing and implementing effective L&D strategies in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong ability to work independently and take initiatives
  • Critical thinking and creativity
  • Persuasive communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas convincingly
  • Willingness to keep abreast of L&D trends, methodologies and tools, and the ability to translate them into effective learning programmes
  • Proficiency in MS Office, experience with LMS systems and knowledge of various blended L&D methodologies
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and French, and a solid knowledge of English
