Get Off That Train!

To some of us the train never seems to stop. It runs and runs. Night and day. From the window of our soul we see landscapes passing by. We meet people in all corners of the world. Some stay for a longer period and are meant to walk a big part of the journey with us, others just dropped a visit. Everyone leaves an impression somehow. The stage is full of past, current and future scenes. Behind the scenes, the team of the universe works relentlessly to create more beauty. We only have to allow it. Life is more wonderful than we think.

We always have a choice to stop the train for a moment to arrive at our destiny. When we live in the moment and seize the day, life shows us magic. Birds happily share the most wonderful sounds. They are natural born talents. No rehearsal needed. It is special when they become visible again. We are suddenly aware that we gave them a secondary role. However, they were among us all the time and supported us from the sidelines. Let us be grateful for the life that we have been given. 

What else do we need to make more visible again in our life? When the train stops, we have time to consciously reflect on this. What makes us truly happy and what do we need to let go? It is never too late to delete bad habits and replace it by healthy ones. Capturing the moment is one of these habits that have a positive impact on how we see life. When we change how we look at the world, the world changes with us. Everything seems to be shining more in that precious instant where we decide to step into a zen mode. Are you ready for renewal?
