    Missie

    De Public Affairs Manager Flanders ondersteunt de doelstellingen van het Departement Corporate Affairs door de uitbouw van een uitgebreid netwerk van contacten met politieke overheden, administraties en opinieleiders op lokaal en regionaal Vlaams niveau.

    Binnen dit netwerk bouwt hij/zij het nodige vertrouwen op om de belangen van de onderneming te verdedigen. Hij/zij besteedt prioritair aandacht aan het bereiken van de hernieuwbare energiedoelstellingen van Luminus in Vlaanderen.


    Takenlijst

    • Uitbouw en behoud van zijn/haar uitgebreid netwerk van contacten met politieke overheden, administraties en opinieleiders op lokaal en regionaal niveau om
      • De key stakeholders die essentieel zijn voor het bereiken van de bedrijfsstrategie, met prioriteit voor het behalen van de hernieuwbare energiedoelstellingen, te identificeren ;
      • Projectopportuniteiten te detecteren.
    • Door kennis en ervaring de nodige geloofwaardigheid opbouwen om de belangen van de onderneming te kunnen verdedigen. Prioritair wordt ondersteuning geboden aan het Departement dat hernieuwbare energieprojecten ontwikkelt.
    • Deelnemen aan de coördinatievergaderingen van het Departement dat hernieuwbare energieprojecten ontwikkelt.
    • In samenwerking met Corporate Affairs- en Legal-specialisten de nodige ondersteuning bieden aan het team dat hernieuwbare energieprojecten ontwikkelt tijdens de verschillende fases (vergunningsaanvragen, bouw,...) van de projecten.
    • In staat zijn snel afspraken te kunnen beleggen met lokale en regionale key stakeholders die het beslissingsproces kunnen beïnvloeden, in het bijzonder voor de ontwikkeling van hernieuwbare energie.
    • Coördineren van externe boodschappen en acties op lokaal en regionaal Vlaams niveau en de samenhang ervan bewaken.
    • Ervoor zorgen dat de juiste en relevante informatie terugstroomt naar de interne stakeholders.

    Standplaats

    Brussel, met frequente verplaatsingen in Vlaanderen

    • Master in Politieke en Sociale Wetenschappen, Economische Wetenschappen, Rechten, Communicatie of equivalent.
    • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in relevante sectoren.
    • Een goede kennis van wat er in politieke wereld, de maatschappij en pers leeft op energie- en klimaatniveau.
    • In staat zijn relaties op te bouwen met politieke, administratieve en sociale beslissingsnemers en in het verenigingsleven in Vlaanderen.
    • Uitstekende relationele vaardigheden, ervaring in to the point communicatie. Overtuigend kunnen spreken en presenteren zowel in beperkte kring als voor publiek is onontbeerlijk.
    • In staat zijn om het overzicht te bewaren en de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
    • Perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands. Kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
