    Introductie

    We aanwerven voor onze klant in Oostmaale een Security Project Manager/Project Leader Electronical.

    Mission

    · Je begeleidt klanten, via een projectmatige aanpak, bij het implementatieproces van IT-gerela­teer­de oplossingen en hun hardware componenten op het vlak van elektronische toegangscontrole, camerabewaking, geïntegreerd security management en tijdregistratie.

    · Je bent het aanspreekpunt van de klant en geeft advies, zowel praktisch als conceptueel. Ook meer commerciële aspecten (vb. 'meerwerk') worden door jou onderhandeld.

    · Door een proactieve, sturende en interactieve aanpak zorg je voor een tijdige realisatie van het project. Je beheert je projecten zowel met betrekking tot kwaliteit, budget als timing. Je stuurt hiervoor een team van medewerkers en/of onderaannemers aan.

    · Je maakt deel uit van het Project Management Team.

    · Je hebt affiniteit met software- en hardware toepassingen en bijhorende dienstverlening (consul­ting, software ontwikkeling, installatie en engineering), en min. 5 jaar ervaring in het leiden van complexe IT projecten.

    · Kennis van security oplossingen (toegangscontrole, CCTV, inbraak, hindernissen) of tijd­re­gi­stra­tie toepassingen is een pluspunt.

    · Je strategisch inzicht draagt bij tot het efficiënt realiseren van projecten. Je helpt mee aan de continue verbetering van de aanpak van projecten.

    · Je hebt voldoende maturiteit en kan een team van projectmedewerkers aansturen en motiveren.

    · Je bent resultaat- en klantgericht.

    · Je hebt een bachelor diploma of hoger in een relevante studierichting.

    · Naast het Nederlands heb je een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).

    · Je bent administratief sterk. Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office. Kennis van een ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.
