- scheduling interviews and first contact with candidates;
- mailbox follow-up: managing and following up incoming e-mails and communication;
- external-partner follow-up: helping with communication and collaboration with external partners;
- Participation at jobfairs;
- preparing mailings: creating effective e-mail and post mailings for various HR initiatives.

- is not frightened of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
- speaks fluent Dutch and is happy to communicate in French and English too;
- is available for a two-three month internship (February - June or October - December), which will enable you to gain a proper insight into our projects and how we work.
