- You will review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates, highlighting key skills, qualifications, and experiences.
- You will send initial emails or messages to candidates to confirm interest and gather basic information, coordinating initial screening calls or interviews.
- You will assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics, ensuring candidates receive all necessary information regarding interviews.
- You will provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, such as filing, organizing documents, and managing calendars.
- You will support the coordination of training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees and help with the training registration.
- You will help gather the signatures for different contracts and documents from other business departments.
- You are currently following a bachelor or master in HR, Law, Psychology, Management, Communications, or other related fields that align with our requirements.
- You possess strong organizational skills.
- You are motivated and eager to learn.
- You are communicative and can effectively convey your thoughts and ideas.
- Trustworthiness and reliability are traits that define you.
- You thrive as a team player, collaborating and contributing to collective goals.
- Fluent in English and Dutch/French (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- You are available for a minimum of 12 weeks, but preferably for a longer duration to maximize your internship experience.
