    In this role, you won't just observe – you'll actively shape the landscape of recruitment and HR. Be a vital part of our team, where every day is an opportunity to learn, contribute, and thrive.     We are currently accepting applications for summer internships or for the winter semester. Please note that a university agreement is mandatory.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Craft & post job descriptions
  • Source talents on LinkedIn
  • Manage CV screening on our ATS
  • Seamlessly coordinate interviews, enhancing candidate experiences
  • Handle document preparation

    • But it doesn't end there This is also an opportunity to immerse yourself in the realms of L&D, Employer Branding and candidate experience. Your involvement goes beyond tasks; collaborate with the HR & Recruitment team, actively contributing to the inception of innovative projects and ideas.
