    This job in a nutshell

    Welkom in de BDO familie BDO is een van de grootste consultancy bedrijven in België en werft jaarlijks meer dan 200 nieuwe collega's aan.

    BDO biedt stages aan jonge HR-professionals. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team van 2 campus recruiters en 4 senior recruiters, dat gevestigd is in Zaventem, en dat intern instaat voor zowel hard als soft HR-diensten.

    What will you be doing?

    Je opportuniteiten

    In het kader van je academisch project kan je meewerken aan alles met betrekking tot rekrutering:

  • Het zoeken van potentiële kandidaten via diverse platformen
  • Prescreening van binnekomende cv's
  • Interviews met potentiële kandidaten bijwonen en zelf uitvoeren
  • Organiseren van externe evenementen voor starters
  • Deelnemen aan jobbeurzen
  • Opvolgen en uitbreiden van nieuwe opportuniteiten op vlak van rekruteringsactiviteiten (bv. partnerships uitbreiden)
  • Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling en verbetering van ons imago als werkgever
  • Opmaken van contracten
  • Meewerken aan huidige projecten
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan het campus team (excel werk, aanwezigheden nakijken, logistieke voorbereidingen treffen, jobs en artikels online plaatsen op verschillende platformen
  • Contract tekeningen bijwonen en ondersteunen
  • We staan zeker open voor jouw input om zo een stage op maat te kunnen bieden

    • What do you bring to the table?

  • Je volgt momenteel een HR-gerelateerde studie of hebt een grote interesse in HR processen
  • Je bent proactief, dynamisch en een echte teamplayer
  • Je bent snel weg met zaken aanleren
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels en degelijke basis Frans is mooi meegenomen
  • Je kan vlot op ons kantoor in Zaventem geraken en je occasioneel verplaatsen naar onze andere kantoren vormt geen probleem

    • What do we bring to the table?

  • Een leerrijke stage van 3-5 dagen per week, minstens 4 weken
  • Periode is bespreekbaar, maar de drukste momenten met het meeste events is tussen oktober-november en februari-mei. Bij voorkeur een van deze periodes.
  • Je krijgt een dagvergoeding per gepresteerde stagedag van 10 euro
  • Terugbetaling kosten woon-werk verkeer op stagedagen
  • Gratis koffie, thee, frisdrank en fruit op kantoor
  • Thuiswerk mogelijk
