    Als HR Assistant bij onze klant in Merksem, ben je de spil van het HR-team en bied je ondersteuning bij verschillende HR-gerelateerde taken. Kortom, een afwisselende parttime functie

    Wat houdt je uitdagende pakket in?

    - Het is een combinatie van soft en hard HR taken;
    - Contact onderhouden met de collega's m.b.t. HR gerelateerde vragen (bijv. aanvraag van tijdskrediet);
    - Beheren van personeelsdossiers en zorgen voor nauwkeurige documentatie;
    - Assisteren bij onboarding van nieuwe collega's;
    - Ondersteunen bij HR-administratieve taken, zoals het bijhouden van verlofregistraties, uur registraties, HR-procedures zoals de tikklok, vragen behandelen over sociale wetgeving, ondersteunen in de payroll...

    Functie-eisen

    Diploma in Human Resources of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
    - Goede kennis van MS-office, kennis van Payroll en Protime is een sterke plus;
    - Kennis van HR-processen en sociale wetgeving (dit is een must);
    - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en aandacht voor detail;
    - Positieve houding en het vermogen om in een team te werken.

    Arbeidsvoorwaarden

    - Tewerkstelling in Merksem (aan de Schijnpoort);
    - Een deeltijdse tewerkstelling van idealiter 5 halve dagen per week (of evt. 2.5 volledige dagen);
