    Antwerpen | Management assistant | Internationale speler | 2 telewerkdagen |

    Over de organisatieVoor onze klant, een internationaal gekende speler met verschillende kantoren in België, kijken we vandaag uit naar een management assistant met een mooie eerste ervaring op zak. Zij zoeken iemand die op lange termijn hun team wil vervoegen.

    Jouw nieuwe functie
    Als management assistant maak je deel uit van het backoffice team. Samen ondersteunen jullie de managers en collega's die rechtstreeks in contact staan met de klanten en business. Jouw takenpakket is gevarieerd en bestaat onder andere uit:

    • Agenda beheren van 3 managers
    • Aanspreekpunt en on site gezicht voor de business
    • Administratief supporten en dossieropvolging van het departement
    • Facturatie afhandelen
    • Administratie (voornamelijk sales ondersteuning in SAP) en up-to-date houden database
    • In duo werken met je teamcollega
    • Bijkomende ad hoc administratieve taken (presentaties voorbereiden, briefwisseling...)

    Jouw profiel

    Onze klant kijkt bij voorkeur uit naar iemand met een bachelordiploma en een stabiele relevante werkervaring op zak van 4-5 jaar in een gelijkwaardige ondersteunende functie zoals management assistant, officemanager, executive assistant. Naast een perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands, spreek je ook vlot Engels wat intern de voertaal is. Kennis van het Frans is een groot pluspunt. Wat IT betreft, kent het MS office pakket geen geheimen voor jou. Kennis van SAP is geen must, maar je bent iemand vlot en leergierig naar nieuwe IT en toepassingen want deze zijn alomtegenwoordig in deze job. Qua persoon ben je een vlotte communicator en haal je energie uit het supporteren van een departement. Je werkt zowel graag zelfstandig als in team en hebt oog voor detail. Je kan presteren in een dynamische en soms drukke omgeving met deadlines. Je bent een echte puzzelaar die georganiseerd te werk gaat, én leergierig en gedreven is in zijn job

Na een geslaagde interim-periode van een half jaar krijg je je vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Je kan rekenen op een marktconform salaris (range: € € 3500 bruto per maand) aangevuld met tal van extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering, gsm en abonnement, netto-onkostenvergoeding... Je werkt in een 38 urenwerk volgens een glijdend uurrooster en kan op korte termijn 2 dagen telewerken.
