Beschrijving

Voor een internationaal bedrijf gevestigd in Diegem zijn we op zoek naar een Accountant. Dit is een unieke kans om deel uit te maken van een succesvol en groeiend bedrijf en deel uit te maken van een ambitieus team van professionals.

Taken van de Accountant:

Crediteuren, debiteuren en grootboekboekingen
Betalingen voorbereiden; bankreconciliatie
Onkostenbeheer: invullen en verwerken van onkostendeclaraties
Contacten onderhouden met externe accountants in BE, FR, DE (eerste aanspreekpunt), met banken, leveranciers.
Assisteren bij ad hoc rapportage en bij belastingaangiften
Praktische bankzaken (opening rekeningen, contracten,) en andere administratieve processen
Voorbereiding van jaarlijkse aandeelhoudersvergaderingen, bijwerken aandeelhoudersregisters, enz.
Onderhoud van CRM-systeem
Archivering van juridische documentatie
Reis- en hotelboekingen
Receptie (inkomende oproepen, post, registratie van bezoekers etc.)
Beheer kantoorbenodigdheden
Assisteren bij de organisatie van teamevenementen

Ideaal profiel van de Accountant:

Bachelordiploma boekhouding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
Minimaal 2 jaar boekhoudkundige ervaring
Ervaring met MS Office en de meest voorkomende IT-systemen; kennis van Exact Online is een pluspunt.
Talen: vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.
Enthousiast, leergierig en een teamspeler
Hands-on, zelfstandig en in staat om autonoom te werken
