    Voor onze klant, actief in de bank & verzekeringssector, zijn we op zoek naar een extra medewerker die zal ingezet worden aan het onthaal van onze klant, als Host/Hostess.

    We bieden je een voltijds contract als Host/Hostess aan van 40u/week te centrum Brussel.

    Ben jij een geboren Host/Hostess en sta jij graag in voor de gastvrije ontvangst van bezoekers en klanten? Dan ben jij de kandidaat die we zoeken

    Je zorgt voor een professioneel en gastvrij onthaal van bezoekers en interne medewerkers.

    Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning op het vlak van postbehandeling en leveringen, catering, bestellingen kantoormateriaal, ...

    Werkadres: Brussel-centrum / Uurrooster: 8:00-12:00 & 12:30-16:30

    Profiel

    Minimaal een eerste werkervaring als Host/Hostess of Receptionist(e) is een pluspunt.

    Je bent gezond assertief, klantvriendelijk, dienstverlenend, nauwkeurig en plichtsbewust.

    Stressbestendig, dynamisch, communicatief en sociaalvaardig zijn eigenschappen die in je DNA zitten en daarnaast ben je organisatorisch sterk.

    Je hebt een professioneel en representatief voorkomen.

    Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de Officetoepassingen Outlook – Word – Excel en bent drietalig Nederlands – Frans – Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven.

    Hierbij hoort een aantrekkelijk salaris aangevuld met extralegale voordelen zoals: een forfaitaire onkostenvergoeding, ecocheques, groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering, dertiende maand, vakantiegeld, eindejaarspremie, 12 adv dagen, kilometervergoeding en een tussenkomst indien je je verplaatst met het openbaar vervoer.
