    Belfius Insurance is een verzekeraar in volle groei die de directe verkoop van verzekeringsproducten centraal heeft gesteld in haar strategie.
    Het succes van deze directe verkopen is gebaseerd op twee pijlers: de bekendheid van het merk Belfius en de kracht van een eenvoudig en efficiënt digitaal aanbod. In deze context verzorgt Caring People de callcenterdiensten door klanten van Belfius Direct Insurance toegankelijkheid en hoogwaardige communicatiediensten te bieden.
    We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren leider in het beheer van kleine structuren, om onze dochteronderneming te leiden en ons te helpen onze groeidoelstellingen te bereiken, waarbij we de klantgerichtheid centraal stellen in onze overwegingen.

    De job in een notendop

    U bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het vertalen van de strategie van Belfius Direct Insurance naar een strategisch en operationeel plan voor Caring People, rekening houdend met de klantgerichtheid en de toezicht op de uitvoering van dit plan.
  • Het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van efficiënte verkoopstrategieën om de inkomsten van de dochteronderneming te verhogen.
  • Het plannen en bewaken van de dagelijkse activiteiten van de dochteronderneming met de nadruk op klanttevredenheid en efficiëntie van het verkoopproces.
  • Het zorgen voor de winstgevendheid van de dochteronderneming door de financiën en budgetten te beheren, . door het evalueren en aanpassen van de toegewezen resources aan de verkoopactiviteiten om de "return on investment" te verhogen.
  • Het ervoor zorgen dat de dochteronderneming voldoet aan de geldende voorschriften en normen.

    We zijn vooral op zoek naar iemand met de volgende kenmerken en vaardigheden:

  • Een universitair diploma in een relevant vakgebied (bijv. economie , handel,
  • Relevante werkervaring als verantwoordelijke van een entiteit
  • Kennis van de callcenterindustrie zowel op vlak van het dynamische verkoopsluik als voor het operationeel luik
  • Obsessie voor de klantentevredenheid
  • Vermogen om een team te leiden en effectief te communiceren met medewerkers
  • Financieel beheersvaardigheden, waarbij de klantgerichtheid centraal staat in de besluitvorming
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
