We zijn op zoek naar een uitstekende Legal Counsel Expert (Jurist) om waarde toe te voegen aan en de "ruggengraat" te zijn van hun bedrijf.
Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de Gaming en Casino sector in het centrum van Brussel.
U zorgt ervoor dat het bedrijf te allen tijde binnen de wet opereert, adviseert over juridische kwesties, creëert een effectieve bewaker van de organisatie en faciliteert de ontwikkeling van bedrijfsstrategieën. De succesvolle kandidaat is in staat om de naleving van de wet te garanderen en de risico's te beperken.
Taken :
Volgen en ondersteunen van ontwikkelingen in de gokwetgeving;
Beheren van contacten met de Gambling Commission en overheidsinstanties;
Beheren van administratieve procedures: vergunningsaanvragen, bouwvergunningen, enz;
Opstellen en valideren van contracten over een breed scala aan onderwerpen (contracten met leveranciers en klanten, samenwerkings- en samenwerkingscontracten, contracten met lokale overheden over de exploitatie van speelhallen, geheimhoudingsverbintenissen, sponsorcontracten, dienstverleningscontracten, enz;)
Het geven van juridisch advies over een breed scala aan onderwerpen (kansspelwetgeving, contractenrecht, IT-recht, vertrouwelijkheid, bescherming van de privacy, anti-witwaswetgeving, vennootschapsrecht, eigendomsrecht, arbeidsrecht, enz;)
Beheer van rechtszaken en contacten met de betrokken advocaten;
Corporate housekeeping voor de juridische entiteiten van de Groep;
Beheer van contacten met beroepsverenigingen.
Uw profiel
We zoeken meer dan alleen een diploma - we zoeken persoonlijkheid
Master in rechten;
Idealiter 3-5 jaar ervaring als advocaat of jurist
Een sterke interesse in een generalistische juridische rol;
Gevoel voor discretie, verantwoordelijkheid en organisatie behoren tot je kwaliteiten;
Transparante en objectieve communicatievaardigheden en een goede omgang met alle managementniveaus;
Initiatiefrijk, een hoge mate van autonomie, maar ook teamgeest,
In staat zijn om juridische begrippen, risico's en concepten te vertalen naar praktische en begrijpelijke bedrijfsgerichte adviezen;
Assertiviteit om het standpunt van de juridische afdeling over te brengen;
Volwassenheid en veelzijdigheid om zowel juridische als administratieve aspecten te beheren;
Vloeiend in FR/NL/EN (gesproken en geschreven);
- Uitstekende kennis van MS Office.
