- Op locatie bij klanten onderzoek uitvoeren naar geïnstalleerde pompen, energieonderzoeken en pompaudit-tools gebruiken om potentiële energiebesparingen aan te tonen, onderzoeksrapporten voor klanten te ontwikkelen en de meest efficiënte oplossing selecteren op basis van pompaudit-gegevens in volledig begrote klantrapporten.
- Nauw samenwerken met servicetechnici die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de installatie van Pump Audit tools en het vastleggen van gegevens.
- Creëer bewustzijn en stimuleer vraag naar Grundfos iSolutions producten. Creëer begrip van huidige en toekomstige wettelijke veranderingen met betrekking tot pompefficiëntie.
- KPI's bewaken om ervoor te zorgen dat we op schema liggen om onze budgetten te realiseren en waar nodig corrigerende maatregelen nemen.
- Beschikken over de vaardigheden om te onderhandelen over orders, voornamelijk B2B via distributiepartners, soms op een directe eindgebruiker basis als dit nodig wordt geacht.
- Leveren van productkennis, toepassing en probleemoplossende vaardigheden aan de klanten.
- Controleren van concurrenten en updates opvolgen over hun productreleases/upgrades.
- Je beschikt over een master industriële wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig in ervaring.
- Je beheerst uitstekend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van de Engelse taal.
- Je werkt gestructureerd, behoudt het overzicht en begrijpt het belang van opvolging en registratie.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt het vermogen mensen te betrekken en processen te leiden.
- Je beschikt het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en initiatief te nemen.
- Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office-toepassingen.
- Ervaring met SAP is een grote plus.
