- Het bijstaan van de CEO en directieleden in uiteenlopende projecten (meest essentiële schakel in het managementteam)
- Je beheert de administratie op uitgebreid niveau
- Je volgt dossiers en projecten op
- Je onderneemt proactief acties om de deadlines na te streven
- Coördinatie van interdepartementale samenwerkingen en communicatie
- Je volgt de CRM en de rapportering op van het verkoopteam
- Het organiseren van conferenties
- Je staat in voor het regelen van boekingen voor zakenreizen etc
- Aankoop van zowel zakelijke als privé benodigdheden
- Het behandelen van ad hoc taken
- Je bent bereid om op hoog niveau te schakelen
- Het optimaliseren van de organisatie, interne processen, sales meetings...
- Je hebt je focus op hoge servicegerichtheid

- Je hebt een sterke en directe communicatieve vaardigheid (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk)
