Order Processing: Beheer van het volledige orderproces, van ontvangst tot levering. Je zorgt voor een vlotte verwerking van bestellingen, houdt klanten op de hoogte van de orderstatus en coördineert nauw samen met logistieke partners om tijdige leveringen te garanderen.
Klantenservice: Verstrekken van uitstekende klantenservice aan onze B2B klanten.
Technische Ondersteuning: Samenwerken met het technische team om klantvragen met betrekking tot onze technologische medische producten op te lossen. Je hebt een goed begrip van de producten en kunt technische informatie duidelijk communiceren naar klanten.
Documentatie en Registratie: Nauwkeurige registratie van klantverzoeken, orderinformatie en andere relevante documentatie. Je draagt bij aan het verbeteren van interne processen voor een efficiënte workflow.- Interne coördinatie: Je werkt samen met andere afdelingen, zoals Sales en Logistiek om de klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een customer service rol, bij voorkeur in de medische sector.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Kennis van medische terminologie en technologische ontwikkelingen binnen de sector is een pluspunt.
- Proactieve houding, zelfstandig kunnen werken en een sterke teamspeler.
