DescriptionDe leider van het inbedrijfstellingsteam / de testleider is verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van de volgende taken:
Leiding geven en instructies geven aan de inbedrijfstellingingenieurs die aan zijn team zijn toegewezen.
Het opvolgen en versnellen van de afronding van installatiewerkzaamheden die worden beheerd door het montage team.
Het controleren van het tijdige goedkeuringsproces van testdocumenten.
Het goedkeuren van eventuele "site-aanpassingen" aan de systeemtestprocedures (indien nodig).
Het beheren van de prestaties van de inbedrijfstellingingenieurs, met inachtneming van de vereiste tests zoals voorgeschreven in de test-/inbedrijfstellingsprocedures.
Het volgen van het inbedrijfstellingsprogramma en ervoor zorgen dat de doelen worden behaald.
Het waarborgen dat de brandveiligheidseisen worden nageleefd.
Het beheren van het registreren, beoordelen en goedkeuren van defecten, storingen, abnormale omstandigheden en/of omissies die zich voordoen tijdens de inbedrijfstelling- en exploitatiefasen.
Deelnemen aan inbedrijfstellings-/opstartvergaderingen.
Het goedkeuren van het systeemtestrapport dat is uitgegeven door de inbedrijfstellingingenieurs.
Ervoor zorgen dat bedienings- en onderhoudsinstructiehandleidingen tijdig beschikbaar zijn en de uitgever(s) indien nodig versnellen.
Rapporten opstellen die vereist zijn door de inbedrijfstellingmanager.
