    My client is involved in the design and production of a variety of access control systems for pedestrians, vehicles, and passengers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a customer portfolio
    • Prepare and send quotes to customers or sales managers
    • Support the sales department with information regarding file monitoring and management
    • Process and initiate orders for spare parts and equipment after gathering all necessary technical and commercial documents
    • Assist the sales director in creating commercial offers and reviewing sales contracts
    • Keep files updated in the ERP system
    • Handle customer file invoicing and ensure finance compliance
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding file follow-up
    • Monitor file progress until material delivery (coordinate order shipments)

    Profile:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in a commercial or technical field
    • Prior experience in a similar role involving customer interaction and order processing
    • Proficiency in Dutch and French (min. B2 level). Knowledge of other languages is a plus
    • Good understanding of the industry and technical products
    • Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems
