- Report directly to the Team Lead.
- Manage travel arrangements for special cases and provide detailed reports on these cases.
- Support other members of the travel team by imparting knowledge on product specifications and processes.
- Assign incoming communications from travelers within the travel team.
- Monitor activity on the Facebook Group and offer support in responding to queries.
- Process invoices and closely track/supervise spending.
- Adhere to existing Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) and financial guidelines.
- De-escalate disagreements and facilitate resolutions (conflict management) with the assistance of the Project Director/Team Lead.
- Obtained a Bachelor or Master degree
- Be eligible to work full time (40 hours/week ) in the EU.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English , and proficiency in at least one additional language such as French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Polish, or Turkish.
- Assist the team in organizing congresses and conferences, focusing on specific tasks assigned by the Project Director.
- Advocate a high level of service attitude and professionalism.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize daily tasks, respect timelines, and adhere to critical dates and related action items.
- Ensure operational excellence and maintain a 'Quality Obsessive' approach.
