    Belfius Asset Management (Belfius AM) is een dochteronderneming van Belfius Bank die werd opgericht in 2016. Als vermogensbeheervennootschap beheren we onze eigen fondsen en vertrouwen we het beheer van andere fondsen toe aan een aantal bevoorrechte partners. Het totaal beheerd vermogen bedraagt meer dan 30 miljard euro. Onze teams tellen meer dan 70 werknemers.

    De Head of Fund Selection is een senior functie die verantwoordelijk is voor het leiden van de selectie en de monitoring van de beleggingsfondsen voor een organisatie. Deze functie houdt in dat men nauw samenwerkt met het beleggingsteam door het identificeren van nieuwe beleggingsopportuniteiten en het monitoren van bestaande beleggingen, om ervoor te zorgen dat ze in overeenstemming zijn met de prestatiedoelstellingen en de doelstellingen inzake risicobeheer, en dat tegelijkertijd rekening wordt gehouden met de duurzame ingesteldheid van Belfius. Het Fund Selection-team van Belfius Asset Management is een divers en dynamisch team van 4 mensen.

    De job in een notendop

    Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van een team van fondsenanalisten die zijn onderverdeeld volgens activaklasse. Je bestrijkt gelijktijdig een selectie binnen de Fixed Income-activaklasse en past daarbij strikte Ecologische, Sociale en Governance-criteria (ESG) toe en monitort tevens de fondsen op de selectielijst.

    Zo ziet je toekomstige job eruit:

  • Je beheert een team van fondsenanalisten: Je ontwikkelt en implementeert processen ter verbetering van de efficiëntie en de doeltreffendheid van het fondsenselectieproces. Je communiceert helder en doeltreffend aan het senior management en aan andere stakeholders om beleggingsideeën en updates over het rendement toe te lichten.
  • Je voert onafhankelijk onderzoek en past een due diligence toe voor fixed income-fondsen door: Kwantitatieve analyses uit te voeren Due diligence-meetings te organiseren Beleggings- en onderzoeksrapporten te schrijven Conferenties en evenementen bij te wonen
  • Je selecteert de beste fondsen
  • Je monitort de beleggingen in fondsen na de selectie door Standaard kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve verslagen af te leveren Het monitoren van de returns van fondsen
  • Je houdt rekening met de duurzame ingesteldheid van de groep Belfius bij het selecteren van nieuwe fondsen en het monitoren van bestaande fondsen.
  • Je neemt deel aan de voortdurende verbetering van het fondsenselectieproces en monitort de markttrends.
  • Je ontwikkelt je kennis van het selecteren van illiquide beleggingsstrategieën.

    • Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn

    Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan:

  • Je behaalde een Master of een Bachelor en kan minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring voorleggen.
  • Je bent bekend met het beheer van beleggingen, het selecteren van fondsen of met due diligence, en kennis van het selectieproces van illiquide beleggingsstrategieën is een troef.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het beheren van een team en/of beschikt over leiderschapsvaardigheden.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kan goed presteren onder druk.
  • Je wordt geboeid door de financiële markten en hebt uitgesproken belangstelling voor duurzaamheid.
  • Uiteraard ben je onderlegd in IT en beheers je Microsoft Office uitstekend. Vaardigheden op het vlak van dataverwerking vormen een mooie troef.
  • Je kan zeer goed en efficiënt communiceren in het NL/FR en ENG.
  • Je bent heel leergierig en uiterst gemotiveerd en stelt je proactief op.
