    Wij hebben 1 vestiging in België, Antwerpen en maken deel uit van de regio Benelux-Suriname. In België hebben we momenteel een 200 tal collega's, in de regio meer dan 4000 en wereldwijd collega'. Jij zal tewerkgesteld worden in Antwerpen en minimum 1x per week de verplaatsing moeten maken naar onze vestiging in Maastricht of Tilburg. Gedeeltelijk telewerken is uiteraard ook mogelijkheid.

    Cryptische ondertitel? Yep Maar een 'andersomdenker met bergbeklimbenen' is wel wat we zoeken. Teleperformance wil HR-beleid namelijk niet 'hoogover' vormgegeven, maar door continu te luisteren naar de wensen van onze meer dan 3000 customer service experts en hun management. En daar oprecht mee aan de slag gaan. In kleine, iteratieve stappen, zodat we gestaag naar de top van de berg klimmen, zonder in het ravijn te kukelen. En ja, natuurlijk glijden we soms een paar meter achteruit, maar dat zijn learnings waar we beter van leren klimmen.

    Wat je als HR Business Partner wilt bereiken?
    Dat collega's Teleperformance als een great place to work ervaren. Elke dag opnieuw.     Hoe je dat als HR Business Partner bereikt?
    Door van 'reverse thinking' je mantra te maken. En door die mindset breed en enthousiast uit te dragen. Hoe creëren en behouden we de juiste balans tussen mens en organisatie? Lijkt een simpele vraag, maar in contactcenterland moet soms in Formule 1 tempo worden op- en afgeschaald.

    Je staat erg dicht bij het management. Je adviseert hen, doet hen groeien, je helpt hun om betere beslissingen te nemen. Jouw advies en input wordt erg gewaardeerd in het bijzonder op het gebied van Attitude, Beschikbaarheid en Competentie van onze customer service specialisten.



    De scanbare versie van de rol

    • Je levert een directe bijdrage aan het realiseren van business doelstellingen en ondersteunt het management bij de toepassing van HR beleid
    • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert nieuw HR beleid, inclusief de juiste instrumenten en systemen
    • Je houdt je vinger aan de HR pols, ook op het gebied van evoluerende wet- en regelgeving
    • Je bent lid van het Cluster Management en je rapporteert aan de HRD België-Nederland

    • Omdat je een HBO werk- en denkniveau combineert met 'hardcore' HR-ervaring (3 tot 5 jaar)
