Functieomschrijving Als Interne HR Recruitment Specialist kom je terecht in een dynamisch team. Als ervaren Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige wervingsproces, van het intaken van de jobinhoud bij de hiring managers, lanceren van de zoektocht extern en intern tot het selecteren en ook het effectieve onboarden van nieuwe collega's.
    Je staat in voor het afnemen van telefonische screenings en diepte-interviews , waarbij je de communicatievaardigheden van kandidaten evalueert en hun geschiktheid voor de functie beoordeelt.
    Je werkt samen met je collega's (Senior) Recruiters om de wervingsstrategieën te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren.
    Je hebt uitstekende interviewvaardigheden in het Nederlands (Frans is mooi meegenomen). Je kan zowel zelfstandig werken als effectief functioneren in team.
