    Samenvatting

    Lidl is er voor iedereen die telt. Voor onze klanten die onze verse boontjes in promotie tellen. Maar ook voor onze medewerkers die op hun beurt de glimlachen van onze klanten tellen. In onze kantoren, distributiecentra, op de baan en onze meer dan 300 winkels. Samen bouwen we aan onze droom om de favoriete winkel van België en Luxemburg te worden. Met liefde voor de klant en medewerker. Dat kan tellen.

    Wij zoeken een: Junior Operational Logistics

    Lidl België en Luxemburg heeft 5 logistieke centra waaruit de verdeling van de goederen (wekelijks palletten) gebeurt naar onze meer dan 300 winkels. De teams in de distributiecentra verzekeren de vlotte en correcte doorstroming van de bestellingen. Iedereen binnen logistiek is erop gericht de processen continu te optimaliseren zodat wij onze klanten op elk moment producten van de hoogste kwaliteit aan de laagste prijs kunnen garanderen.

    Wat ga je doen?

  • Je wordt ondergedompeld in de logistieke wereld van Lidl en doorloopt alle functies in het distributiecentrum.
  • Je waakt over een snelle, correcte en efficiënte doorstroming van de goederen in het distributiecentrum.
  • Je volgt de KPI's en inventarissen op en helpt bij de uitrol en implementatie van projecten.
  • Je detecteert verbeteringsmogelijkheden en neemt initiatief om optimalisaties in het distributiecentrum voor te stellen.

    • Wie ben jij?

  • Je behaalde minstens een bachelordiploma bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting en zoekt een eerste job.
  • Je zoekt variatie in een job, steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en bent bereid je flexibel op te stellen.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die graag samenwerkt en je beschikt over leiderschapscapaciteiten.
  • Je kan onder tijdsdruk werken en de nodige prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om steeds snel en efficiënt de vooropgestelde doelen te halen.
  • Je bent communicatief en spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
