  • Ervaring van 5-10 jaar als projectkostenraming in complexe projecten van meerdere miljarden is een must.
  • Algemene vereisten:
  • Ervaring met door EPCM beheerde projecten.
  • Sterke kennis van projectmanagementprincipes, kostenbeheermethodologieën en financiële analyse technieken. Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden, met het vermogen om complexe financiële gegevens te verzamelen en interpreteren.
  • Het vermogen hebben om het grotere plaatje te zien en een hands-on mentaliteit te hebben om diep te graven wanneer nodig.
  • Vaardigheid in ERP / IT-tools (SAP, BW, Power BI), inclusief geavanceerde MS Excel-vaardigheden.
  • Een mindset gericht op details, met het vermogen om nauwkeurig, tijdig en betrouwbaar te leveren.
  • Vermogen om aan deadlines te voldoen, om meerdere taken aan te kunnen (uitzonderlijke organisatorische en prioriteringsvaardigheden) en vermogen om met druk om te gaan.
  • Effectieve communicator, met het vermogen om complexe financiële informatie op een duidelijke en beknopte manier te presenteren.
  • Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en het vermogen om kostenbesparende mogelijkheden te identificeren.
  • Kennis van relevante financiële regelgeving en nalevingsnormen.
  • Proactief en zelfgemotiveerd persoon die zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kan werken.
  • Projecttaal is Engels, kennis van de Nederlandse taal is een pluspunt.
  • Regelmatige reizen naar Spanje (Madrid, Bilbao). 25% reizen afhankelijk van de fase van het project.
  • Beschikbaarheid gedurende de duur van het project, 3-4 jaar.

    Functieomschrijving:

    Als Kostenraming Specialist voor het Groene Primair Project bij ArcelorMittal België speel je een sleutelrol in het decarboniseringsprogramma van het bedrijf. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en beheren van gedetailleerde projectkostenramingen en budgetten, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat kosten binnen budgettaire grenzen blijven en de overstap naar duurzamere productiemethoden wordt gefaciliteerd. Deze functie vereist nauwkeurigheid, sterke analytische vaardigheden en effectieve samenwerking met diverse belanghebbenden.

    Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontwikkelen en beheren van gedetailleerde projectkostenramingen en budgetten.
  • Periodieke kostenrapportage aan het management verstrekken, inclusief analyses en aanbevelingen.
  • Valideren, analyseren en aanbevelingen doen met betrekking tot relevante project KPI's.
  • Voorbereiden van nauwkeurige en tijdige kostenrapporten, inclusief prognoses en analyses.
  • Samenwerken met aannemers en interne belanghebbenden om kosten te verzamelen en afwijkingen te communiceren.
  • Monitoren van projectvoortgang en kosten, en aanbevelingen doen voor corrigerende acties.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van bedrijfsbeleid en financiële voorschriften.
