    Functie

    Je kan zelfstandig analyseren en behandelen van team-gerelateerde meldingen/incidenten

    Bij het analyseren val je terug op relevante ervaring met de diverse tools in functie van de opdrachten van het team, de professionele kennis, de kennisdatabase, handleidingen en werkinstructies.

    Je verstrekt gespecialiseerd functioneel en technisch advies.

    Je bewaakt in de meldingentool dat de behandelings- en oplostijd tot een minimum beperkt wordt en bewaakt de opvolging en escalatie van mogelijke inbreuken op de OLA's of SLA's.

    Je detecteert problemen na incident analyses en volgt deze problemen op.

    Je automatiseert taken en voert geplande en ad hoc taken uit.

    Je monitort systemen en processen en neemt de gepaste acties bij afwijkingen.

    Je staat in voor de creatie van procedures en het up-to-date houden van knowledge base.

    Je bent aanspreekpunt voor collega's bij probleemgevallen of complexe opdrachten.

    Je analyseert, ontwikkelt en onderhoudt applicatieve en technische flows in een scheduler op open systemen.

    Je helpt mee met implementatie van technische en applicatieve releases.

    Functie-eisen

    Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma Informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

    Je bent als persoon klantgericht ingesteld, je lost graag problemen op voor de klanten en weet dat bellen soms veel effectiever is dan mails te sturen.

    Je kent de waarde van goeie procedures en weet hoe ze te maken.

    Je bent een harde werker en wil onnodig werk liefst vermijden door met proactieve voorstellen te komen om incidenten of requesten te verminderen.

    Je wil heel graag nieuwe dingen (blijven) leren.

    Je durft je nek uitsteken en ownership nemen.

    Je hebt ervaring met Scheduling en Monitoring systemen.

    Je hebt goede kennis en gebruikservaring op Windows Server en Linux.

    Je hebt goede kennis en gebruikservaring op MVS Mainframe: TSO ISPF/PDF, SDSF, JCL, CA7, REXX, SKELETON, MAINVIEW.

    Je bent vlot in Nederlands en Engels en kan je en kan je voldoende uitdrukken in het Frans..

    Je hebt geen probleem om in shiften te werken en in een permanentie systeem mee te draaien.
