    Finance Business Partner bij Delhaize? Dat is meer dan analyses maken en jouw business challengen. Dat is meer dan alleen het kostenplaatje bewaken. Specifiek denk je als Finance Business Partner mee aan de strategie van jouw business en help je hen de juiste keuzes te maken mede dankzij jouw financiële analyses en advies. Vandaag zijn we op zoek naar een Finance Business Partner voor Strategy & Real Estate en sta je rechtstreeks in contact met het managemensteam van deze scope.

  • Beheer van de performance voor het departement « Strategy, Business Development & Real Estate », waaronder (i) de jaarlijkse begroting en periodieke begrotingsevaluaties (forecast), (ii) toezicht op en analyse van kostentrends, (iii) de maandelijkse afsluiting, (iv) analyse van de financiële impact van investeringsbeslissingen door aanbevelingen te geven, en (v) de communicatie over en het beheer van alle gegevens voor de besluitvorming.
  • Departementen aanspreken op de kostenevolutie en verbeteringen voorstellen om een efficiënte en winstgevende organisatie te bevorderen.
  • Deelnemen aan kredietbeheeractiviteiten (analyse van de financiële gezondheid van de aangeslotenen, toegekende kredietlijnen, evaluatie van oninbare vorderingen, enz.)
  • Ontwikkelen, verbeteren en ondersteunen van analysetools voor het departement Strategy, Business Development & Real Estate.
  • Helpen bij de opstelling van het financieel driejarenplan voor de capex.
  • Master (in finance, management of economie)
  • Ten minste 3 jaar relevante finance ervaring
  • Proactief, nauwkeurig en flexibel
  • Nieuwsgierige mindset en initiatiefnemer
  • Communicatief sterk
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken in een veeleisende omgeving
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Excel
  • Kennis van PowerBI is een plus
