- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klantenportefeuille en bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt
- Je onderhoudt je klantenportefeuille, bouwt echt een relatie op en zorgt voor de nodige upselling/cross-selling
- Je zorgt voor de correcte opmaak van offertes aan de hand van de informatie die je doorkrijgt van de klant
- Ook zorg je voor de afhandeling van belangrijke bestellingen
- Je communiceert met klanten via telefoon of e-mail
- Je werkt nauw samen met je collega van de buitendienst
- Je hebt een eerste administratieve ervaring in een technische omgeving
- Heb je nog geen werkervaring op zak maar heb je wel een technisch diploma? Dan kom je ook in aanmerking
- Je bent iemand communicatief, flexibel, commercieel, nauwkeurig en administratief sterk
- Je hebt affiniteit/feeling met het technische en wil hierin groeien
- Je werkt graag in team en wil doorgroeien op termijn
- Je bent voltijds beschikbaar
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Engels
- Je kan goed overweg met IT-systemen en het MS Office pakket
- Je krijgt een vast contract van onbepaalde duur
